Get Moving October 3 to 12!

Like everywhere, COVID-19 has changed everything. Families who live near to Home of Grace have been severely affected by the lockdown. Our School Feeding Program was closed. But the needs of these children and their families continues and is even greater.

We have struggled to find a way to respond to the needs of these families, while helping in a safe, sustainable way. In August, we started to distribute food boxes as a way of meeting some immediate needs in the community.

Please join us in a special fundraiser to raise funds to support Home of Grace and its neighbours.

How it works:

We ask you to take time during this Thanksgiving season to help families struggling just to survive. Get out this fall and bike, run, hike or stroll  — and get sponsors to do it. Do it solo, with your family or as a team!

It’s easy:

  1. Set a goal to get moving some time between October 3 to 12. Do it all at once or spread out over the whole time period. You decide.
  2. Get friends, family and co-workers to sponsor you. They can donate at your personal fundraising page.
  3. Enjoy your biking, hiking or triking! Don’t forget to take pictures and send them to us!
